Join Chicago-Kent faculty, students, and alumni for the 2021 Palmer Prize Lecture. In this lecture, In this lecture, Thomas Crocker, winner of the 2020 Roy C. Palmer Civil Liberties Prize, will present the ideas in his award-winning book Overcoming Necessity: Emergency, Constraint, and the Meanings of American Constitutionalism (Yale University Press 2020).
